Cold plunge to remember our soldiers

Cold plunge to remember our soldiers

Willow Welsh Corgis and Gypsy Cobs is proud to support the upcoming cold plunge this Remembrance Day.
On November 11th at 11:11am, on the beach of Twillingate, NL, Captain (Ret'd) Evan Webb is going to be taking his moment of silence in the cold ocean to remember all soldiers past and present. How Captain (Ret'd) Evan Webb came up with the idea was quite interesting, currently travelling the east coast he stopped at a beach and decided to take a dip into the ocean. Doing this brought feelings of how the soldiers on Juno Beach may have felt departing off boats to enter a war zone. This immediately gave him the idea to do a cold plunge into the frigid waters of the Labrador Sea on Remembrance Day. His hope in doing this is to raise awareness of what those soldiers had to endure but also raise money for Soldier On, a charity that is near and dear to him.
Captain (Ret'd) Evan Webb is offering to write on his body, the day of the cold plunge the name of anyone or company that can provide proof of donation to Soldier On
Also, If you are a fellow veteran wishing to join Captain (Ret'd) Evan Webb in his plunge, your more than welcome to join him at the destination below.  We would love to have company on the beach.
